Cancellation policy

Plans change, we understand. Here's exactly how cancellations, changes and refunds work for tours booked directly with Boojie Tours.

1. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before

Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour's start time and you'll receive a full refund. No questions asked.

2. Cancellations within 48 hours

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your tour starts, we're unable to offer a refund. By then, your guide, vehicle and day have been fully reserved for your group.

3. No-shows and late arrivals

If you don't show up, or arrive significantly late without letting us know, the tour is non-refundable. Running behind? Message us on WhatsApp straight away and we'll do our best to adapt.

4. Flight or cruise delays

Travel doesn't always go to plan. If your flight or cruise is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you with a new start time or another date.

5. Changing your tour date

Need a different date? Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your original tour.

6. If we cancel your tour

In the rare event that Boojie Tours needs to cancel, for example due to severe weather or safety reasons, you can choose to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund.

7. How to cancel or change your booking

Reply to your booking confirmation email or send us a message on WhatsApp with your name, booking reference and tour date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to process it.

8. Booked through a partner?

If you booked through Viator, Tripadvisor or GetYourGuide, that platform's cancellation policy applies. Please manage your cancellation directly through them.
