How do I book a private tour?

Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off at your hotel, apartment or any address in Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais are included, as well as Lisbon Airport (LIS) and the cruise terminals.
Can you create a custom itinerary?
Yes. All our tours are private, so we can adapt the stops, timing and pace to your group. Tell us what you would like to see and we will send you a proposal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour, with a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Full details in our Cancellation Policy.
Can I also book through Viator, Tripadvisor or GetYourGuide?
Yes, our tours are also available on these platforms. If you book with them, they handle your payment and their own terms apply. For any question about the tour itself, you can always contact us directly.
